I hope that you learned how to take the first steps in preparing to exercise after baby birth and the keys that will ultimately give you a much higher success rate. As we discussed, it takes time and you have to make realistic goals, but is all worth it in the end. Eat 4-6 healthy meals a day and never skip breakfast. Stay consistent and you are on your way to the new you, but most importantly, you will feel great about yourself.

You do not however want to restrict yourself food or go into crazy diets that cut out certain food groups altogether post pregnancy. It is very important that you eat lots of fruit and vegetables and eat small 4-6 small meals throughout the day. This will allow your metabolism to speed up, causing more rapid weight loss.
