In all actually, you really should wait a couple weeks to even start exercising and maybe even longer (about 2 months) if you are breast feeding. It is always great to consult with your doctor anyway because you may be in a different situation. Remember that it took 9 months for the process of your babys birth, so why in the world would you think you could bounce back in 2 weeks. Oh yeah, cause that how we see the celebrities roll.
