Importance?: You may be wondering why exercise after baby birth is even important in the first place. First of all, living a healthy lifestyle is a guaranteed way to add extra years on to your life. It is necessary to maintain enough energy to be able to \"keep up\" with your child or children, especially is the next couple of years when they are curious about everything and are constantly on the go. How else are you going to keep up with them. Also, by being and having an active lifestyle, it is encouragement for your children to take on the same lifestyle.
I have said all that to say that it is actually a great thing to be able to lose weight slowly because the muscle you will build in the process will indeed burn fat. There is no way you will be able to exercise after baby birth and be successful if you do not stay consistent. I am not here to say that you need to stress yourself out by trying to work out everyday, but you will only get results by getting your body moving. If you are passionate and stay dedicated to yourself, you will achieve more than you ever thought possible. Just make sure to find a positive, personal motivator to keep your energy going.
