There can be a lot of pressure to be thin again soon after your baby is born. Truth is, your body actually needs lots of time to reconstruct. After all you were carrying a child for 9 months and the beauty of that itself is time compelling. But the fact of the matter is that if you can stick to these key facts you will stay forever beautiful at any age and have t problems losing your extra baby weight. Consistency: It is very unfortunate that we live is a country that is truly obsessed with instant gratification. We have drive-thru restaurants on every corner, we want instant access, instant results, and I could go on forever, but you get the point.
