Everyone is entitled to a bad day, so dont take it personal is you just feel emotionally drained. Plus you dont want to exercise after baby birth if you are not feeling good anyway. In all actually, you really should wait a couple weeks to even start exercising and maybe even longer (about 2 months) if you are breast feeding. It is always great to consult with your doctor anyway because you may be in a different situation. Remember that it took 9 months for the process of your babys birth, so why in the world would you think you could bounce back in 2 weeks. Oh yeah, cause that how we see the celebrities roll. Just take your time and realize that in due time, you will have the new body you well deserve to have.
